Max quickly began his real estate investing journey after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad on a Navy ship somewhere in the South China Sea while he was deployed as a United States Marine Corps Artillery Officer.

Fast forward 3 years and Max scaled to 25 units consisting of long-term, short-term, and medium-term rental units. Right around the 1-year mark into Max’s investing journey, he noticed most other real estate investors he came across did not know their numbers, had cash flow issues, and didn’t have enough TIME.

 

So, Max created Time Capital Bookkeeping & CFO Solutions to alleviate these very common pain points for real estate investors enabling them to make more money while lowering their stress levels.

 

Max Emory is a real estate investor who created a bookkeeping firm that specializes in serving real estate investors. That being said, Time Capital Bookkeeping loves serving home services businesses and all service-based businesses whether they are involved in real estate or not.

These days, in addition to continuing to invest in real estate and grow Time Capital Bookkeeping, Max educates other Bookkeeping Professionals on how to start and scale their bookkeeping business (Time Capital University).
